I have been a t mobile customer for years and years, this store just provided me the worst customer service experience EVER! From the associate smacking and popping her gum as she explained why she wouldn't process the return of my defective phone, that was one thing but when I got to my car and called customer service and was told they should be able to assist me there so I walked back in and was greeted with an eye roll from this same associate. Call t mobile directly or go to the location at the mall. But don't go here.
