Poor communication and customer service before, during, and after service. Expectations not met and a lot fell back on the family to handle during their time of grief.
The service Was Awesome. All The Staff But 2 Where Rude And Very Nasty. That Is Not how A Place/Funeral Home Gets services if your gonna talk about someone make sure it's not noticeable and not in the work place. Use your profession that you was trained with!!!!! My grandfather passed away and this was the first time my family had used New Comer. They were incredibly respectful and organized at their new Latham location. Great tribute to 102 years of life. Thanks!
Carrie Lynn was amazing and did was the entire staff. My nephew passed in a horrible car accident 3/16/17 at 21 years old. To have to deal with his death and then help my sister plan his services were unbearable. Carrie Lynn helped us every step of the way. I'd recommend this place. My nephew had over 400 people come to pay their respects and they helped with the traffic and flow of it all.
The staff is congenial and caring.. Everything was done professionally and with ease .. When going through the loss of a loved one and feeling comfortable during such a hard time makes everything less stressful ... Thank You to all at New Comer ..
