Bought tile for a backsplash and the employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple different ideas I can do with the tile. They always do a good job.
I prefer Home Depot for construction purposes. But Lowes is god for finishing touches.

Horrible experience. Looking for a heavy duty hand cart. Employee in the store scans it and told me 31.98. Bring it up to the register and she rings it up at 135.00.
Well that was the end of that.
Rudest customer service experience I've had in years. Trying to track an order I placed online, was sent an email confirmation for pickup of one item in the order and never received confirmation of the other items. Was told by woman who answered my call at the store that I should have received a recorded message (never did) as the other items were ordered in store (they weren't) and was hung up on in the middle of requesting confirmation of each item before driving an hour to pick them up. Good work, Lowe's! I'll be shopping at Home Depot from now on.
