The worst experience of any retail experience ever.
Kurt is outstanding,as are the rest of the staff.Easy to do business with,and I would highly recommend this shop for all facets of flooring.
Love the selection and the tile quality but the stand out is Kurt E. He is a rock star for customer service and tile knowledge. He helped me match a marble tile I had already started to install in my home, and place a very large 1200sq ft order. When the delivery service failed to deliver the order as agreed, Kurt took charge and told the delivery company to bring the tile back to the shop and he literally rented a truck and personally brought the tile over to make sure it was delivered as agreed. This store has my loyalty as long as Kurt is there!
