We've rented from this place twice this year after flying into Albany Airport. It's just a few minutes to the airport from this location - a cab to/from the airport is about $10. The employees are super friendly, the cars are nice and clean, and their rates are cheaper than the airport. Plus, they are super fast. It's by far the quickest, easiest, and best rental car location I've ever used.
Not a good place to rent from and they also overcharge thief customers, the airport is the best place to go and find the car u want it the other place on central Ave by in the hannaford plaza !!
Good service. It's quick and painless. Also you have till midnight to drop off your car. It's great.
The entire staff went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. They picked me up and dropped me off and saved me $20 on the overall price of the car as well. I had reserved a compact car for the weekend $9.99 special and was given a larger car for free because they didn't have too many of the compact cars left, which was fantastic because I was nervous about my trip to NYC in such a small car. Very friendly associates. It's refreshing to see.
I always receive great service from this location as Cristina is a very competent manager. The staff is well trained and are courteous and friendly. Congratulations to Enterprise for expanding the location to even provide better customer service!
