And to top it off "Why are you calling? We call you when it's ready"......that makes sense when you have a 'ready' time of right before close and I live an hr away. I. Extremely disappointed in Progressive and their lack of consideration for people's lives.
No communication. They sent my camaro to a Buick dealership for repairs (makes sense, right?) Both the shop and Progressive waited until the last minute of the workday to do anything. Progressive got the car late in the day and required a 'final inspection' before pickup.
The service center made the whole process easy and simple I love it
Progressive closes at 6. At 4 pm, I was told it'll be done by 6. I arranged for a ride (I live an hour away) and cancelled plans to go with my wife and daughter's for a holiday fireworks show (It's July 3). Sure enough, I'm halfway to the progressive claims center and I call them to check one last time. They decided it needed more work and maybe in a few days it'll be done. It would be nice if they could notify me of that before ruining my day and my night.
